Ive been once so far. Let me just say that it is soo much harder than it looks. Let us all know how it goes for you.
Yoga is fun! Although I've only ever tried the "hot yoga".
Do it! It makes a real difference to your body - you get lovely long thin flexible muscles, rather than the short stocky ones you get from running or working out in the gym. (Not that I have said muscles yet, but I'm working on it!)
You will love it! I love yoga...in fact, I could use more of it in my life about now!
